This is another of the new Avon Shower gels that launched a couple of books ago. I think these will only be available for the Summer months (What Summer months?!!) and I think they have breathed new life into the Avon range.
These are part of the Senses range which has Small Shower Gels, Large Shower Gels, Body Scrubs and handwash. These are available in 250ml bottles are on the special offer price of 99p, instead of the £2 rrp price.
The bottle isn't that eye catching. It is a plastic see through Bottle which thickens out in the middle, and is thinner at the bottom and top. The plastic lid is a flip lid, and easy enough to grasp and use the Bottle. There is a stck on label on the front and it has a nice enough picture of a sunset scene and water, probably to indicate the Sea. Since the Bottle is see through you can see the lime/yellow coloured liquid through the bottle.
The Gel is quite thick and a little blob on a Shower Puff goes a long way.
Now to the smell of this. I was expecting a kind of balmy, sandy, sort of Hot Summer Night scent for this, but I was surprised to smell Pineapples. Where did that smell come from? It is a little Cirtus-like, but basically Tropical Pineapples. A nce scent, but I didn't expect that smell from this. The smell lingers on your skin well enough, and I felt nice and refreshed after the Shower.
I will buy this again and especially while it is on offer, but it isn't my favourite new scent in the range.
