I have just had a shower in my favourite shower gel, Avon Senses. I am using the Romantic Kiss bottle today because it is sunny outside and I am in the mood for flowery perfumes. Avon Senses shower gel comes in a pink 250ml bottle that is see through so you can see the shower gel inside. They have decorated the back of the curvy oblong bottle with a hearts and flowers design that matches the small silver heart on the front. It is called Romantic Kiss and it looks like a lot of thought has gone into the bottle to make it look romantic. The bottle has a flip top lid that is very easy to open even with one hand but not so easy that the lid flies open every time I ... Read the complete review

Every Christmas my Auntie always seem to stock up on Avon products and then distribute them out as "extra presents" to the whole family. This year was no different and saw my family receiving shower gels, two per family member so she'd obviously made some mass saving on them! I tend to just buy whatever is cheapest or on offer in the supermarket so these made for quite a refreshing change. The Brand Most of you will have heard of Avon but for those of you that haven't it was set up back in 1886 when an American businessman decided to sell perfumes door to door. The company then grew and the Avon name was coined in 1939 before it arrived ... Read the complete review

Avon goes all the way back to 1886 when an American Businessman David McConnell thought it would be a good idea to sell perfumes door to door. Originally known as the Calafornian Perfume Company, the company saw the name change in 1939 to Avon and enter the UK in 1959. Today Avon is an extremely reputable and one of the leading beauty brands in the UK market. We are all familiar with Avon and more than likely most people still get a catalogue pushed through their doors from time to time. I don't spend a great deal from Avon, because personally my tastes for the likes of cosmetics and a lot higher than what Avon has to offer, but for the likes of bath products ... Usually I only flick through the Avon brochure very quickly, I admit that a lot of the time I like looking at the pictures and thinking "god I wish I look like that!!" Although on this occassion there was actually a sale on and I simply couldn't be bothered to go up the road and get some more shower gel. Not when you could get a big bottle for a reasonable price delivered to your door. It only cost me £1.50 and that was for 500ml, so I was glad I spotted it when I did. Prices can vary, at the moment I believe them to be £3 for the larger and £2 for the 250ml smaller version. I've noticed with Avon that sometimes when something's on sale, you might ... I have mentioned in other reviews that I am a big fan of Avon products. This is yet another product that I love and I think is a bargain. The Avon senses shower gel comes in two bottle sizes which are the 250ml and the 500ml. At the moment for the 250 ml it is priced at £2.00 and amazingly the 500ml is priced at £2.00 as well. But normally the 500ml would be priced at £3.00 but is on offer. I find there is normally always a deal on with Avon body products for example At the moment on selected body and bath products you can buy four products for £5.00 the 250 ml shower gel is included in this deal. The shower gel comes in lots of different ... Read the complete review
