... start washing as soon as you put it on. It gives you a few bubbles but not many and it's not a very thick lather to wash with so you have to use quite a bit of the shower gel to clean yourself. I also think you have to stand under the shower for ages to get rid of the shower gel because it's proper sticky and takes a lot of rinsing. It didn't make me feel as clean as other shower gels and didn't moisturise my skin much either. When I dried off I thought my skin felt soft but not any softer than if I'd used the oth...more

Premium Review Avon Senses Sunset Zesty & Engergizing Shower gel: This One's A Miss (344 words)

My mum ordered a load of the Senses shower gels when they were on special offer and when they came I thought this Sunshine one would be the best because it said on the bottle it would be zesty and citrus. It's a nice shower gel like the rest of them on the Senses page but I don't like the smell of it much because it smells dead cheap and not as zesty as I wanted it to be. It's a bit thin and drips off the scrunchie easy so you have to make sure your ready to start washing as soon as you put it on. It gives you a few bubbles but not many and it's not a very thick lather to wash with so you have to use quite a bit of the shower gel to clean ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review SUMMER DAYS ALL BOTTLED UP (368 words)

I tried this the other week when I bought a bottle on offer for 99p for 250ml instead of the normal £2 price. I do like the Senses range from Avon, but think some of the range don't smell that exciting, and dare I say it, a bit cheap. Considering that you can get a bottle of proper brand named Shower Gel thesedays for around the £1.30 mark, then this at full price is perhaps not that cheap. I always think that the Senses packaging looks a bit cheap. it is a thick plastic see through bottle and you can see the deep Orange liquid through the bottle. There is a stick on label on the back to say how to use this product in a few different languages - Apply to wet ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Avon Senses Sunset Zesty & Engergizing Shower gel: Recharge with a different name!! (247 words)

I have always used the Avon Senses range of products and love it when they change the various fragrances from time to time. The Sunset fragrance (Zesty and Energising) I was quite looking forward to using as I always love trying the new fragrances, however when I used it I found that rather than rebranding the product, they had just rebranded the packaging and the content just seemed to be the Recharge fragrance which I was never really fond of. Although I didn't like the fragrance too much, I found that the product itself was fantastic. You never need to use a of the shower gel as it lathers really weel, therefore the contents last a lot longer as minimal ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Great smelling shower gel (202 words)

This is a great shower gel. As soon as you open the bottle you are hit by the gorgeous citrus smell which just smells so fresh. The bottle is good shape to fit in your hand but I would have preferred it if the bottle had had a hook so that you can hang it up in the shower. I do have ashelf in my shower so its not too bad but a hook would be better. The gel is a good thickness so it doesn't instantly drip through your fingers and onto the floor!!!. The gel can be rubbed on your skin straight from the bottle or using a scrunchie - either way the gel laters up really well without having to use too much and rinses off effectively as ...  Read the complete review
