Avon Sleeptherapy Goodnight Pillow Mist

A few days ago I read a review by 'tange' about a product made by Avon called Sleeptherapy and I realised that this could be exactly what I was looking for so I decided to find some to try. I originally intended to access the Avon website to find this product but suddenly had a brainwave and headed for EBay instead. Here I found two of the sprays for 99p plus £3.50 postage making the total £4.49. The sprays cost £4 each if purchased from Avon so getting two for £4.49 was quite a bargain! I'm sure I'm not alone in that I occasionally have trouble getting to sleep. Some nights I seemed to be tossing and turning for hours, watching the alarm clock on the bedside table, counting the hours down until when I would have to get up! I know that you reading this now can probably sympathise with the subject matter. We all go through it in our lives at some point or another. Not being able to sleep or suffering insomnia, sleep becomes a pain to achieve! Whether it be worry, stress, being over tired, someone snoring loudly next to you it's something we can all relate to or will be able to in the future lol For two years I never really slept. If you are reading this, it's probably because you have trouble nodding off at night. I have always had trouble getting off to sleep, (though no problems with waking up once I do). I am loathe to take tablets, partly because I am worried that I might over-sleep or get a hangover type drowsiness the next day, partly because some medications have a reputation for being addictive, and partly because I'm just not the kind of person who relies on chemical medications if I can help it. The reason I bought the Avon Sleeptherapy pillow mist was because it is described as having a light fragrance and I thought it would be ideal to use in the toilet because normal air fresheners tend to get pretty overpowering and smell horrible in the process. It was also on offer in the Avon catalogue. Normally I wouldn't give a sleep aid type product a second look, but I have read favourable reviews about this being a good room spray without an overpowering fragrance.
