Sleep! Something we all need, whether it's four hours per night or the recommended eight hours is sometimes as elusive as winning the lottery. It's just that for one reason or another, the counting of sheep, the relax your muscles from toe's to your head method and the nightcap remedies like hot milk drinks just don't quite hit the mark. Or you find the day has just been so hectic you can't switch off and you start mulling over all the problems of the day. Ring any bells? Often, I hear you say!

Well, not any more. I came across this little gem about five weeks ago. Its a room spray come fabric spray by Avon called Sleeptherpy which promotes a good nights sleep. The ingredients don't appear to be anything readable unless you're a chemist, but I really don't see that as a problem. You can spray the product onto your pillow from about 15cm away and once dry, rest your weary head and fall peacefully off to sleep or you can use it as a room spray and after 2 or 3 pumps of the smooth dispenser, leave your entire room smelling relaxing and fragrant.

The product comes in a purple box showing a moonlit starry night with clouds gently drifting by. This picture is also on the container on a blue/purple background whilst the rest of the bottle is silver. I have no idea how long the pillow mist will last, as I've been using it when I feel the need and I've bearly started on the contents. I suppose I've used it several times a week and my daughter has been spraying her pillow during her exams and she sayes it definately helps her unwind and drift off to sleep.

So I suggest if you are having the occassional restless night, try Avons Sleeptherpy Pillow Mist. It's only about £2 per bottle and you get 125 ml which is going to last ages.
