Advantages: Great fragrance

Disadvantages: None

B Never Too Busy to Be Beautiful is a sister company to Lush. It was started in 2003 and is available only in the United Kingdom. All of the fragrances from this line were created by Mark Constantine, founder of Lush. One of the fragrances thought up and created was Love. Love is an olfactive daydream of the book "Cider with Rosie." It features lemon oil, lemongrass, orange blossom, floral absolutes, coumarin, and whiffs of baking, ripe apples, cassia, and cinnamon for the smell of a just-baked apple pie. How could you not like this?

Even those whose body chemistry tends to react negatively with Love's sharp blend of alcohol and lemongrass when worn as a concentrated perfume (and evidently, as I've recently learned, that's quite a few people) will find themselves smitten with this adorably crafted bubble bath's cinnamon and citrus fragrance. I'm not a big fan of the perfume but Love's other products including Love Apple are just beautiful. I was given Love Apple as a gift, along with some other products by a family member who knew how much of a fan I was!

Wrapped in an exquisite metallic gold chiffon bag tied with a satin rose, Love Bubble Bath is a gift worthy two-toned peachy-pink and pastel green apple, complete with a cinnamon stick for a stem and real dried leaves. Embracing you with mounds of long lasting bubbles and a spiced aroma that's second to none for warming you through and through on a cold autumnal evening, cinnamon and clove cosy up to your soul, breathing new life into your tired minds; lemongrass clarifies, rejuvenates, and tones; orange blossom and rose add a dash of elegance and sophistication; sweet aphrodisiac ylang ylang and jasmine complete the mood, allowing the aforementioned spices to play dress up for a night on the town with lash batting self assurance.

I find that taking out the cinnamon stick and leaves before crumbling under water is a good thing, as it will just end up floating around your bath! You will really need to crumble Love into fine pieces as bigger chuncks won't dissolve and will just sit at the bottom of the bath. You are instantly warmed as soon as you get in the bath and breath in the fragrance. It's quite a weird taste fragrance because it's warming and soothing yet quite energising at the same time due to the lemongrass! I find this bar is definately soothing for the skin, it doesn't irritate. Just don't expect to get out of the bath and not use a body lotion as you will need one. It doesn't dry out the skin in anyway, but you will just need a little bit of something just to feel moisturised. My only issue was when I let the water out and it had all drained out there were still bits that hadn't dissolved properly so a good crumbling is required!!

What Lush say:-

Just as Eve knew a thing or two about getting her man, this cheeky bubble bar is loaded with essential oils sure to set his temperature soaring. Bergamot, rose, lemongrass and a touch of almost edible cinnamon unite in a skin-smoothing base that revitalises... so you can tantalise. Simply crumble under running water for masses and masses of lively bubbles.

Loe Apple will cost £4.40 which I think is perfectly priced and definately a good price in comparison to Lush. I can't see how anyone would dislike this, unless you don't like the whole sweet herbal scent that it has!

The result being reminiscent of Eve on a particularly good day of bad behaviour in The Garden, you may even wish to lure the Adam of your choice into this love potion of a bath with you thats if you can dare to share!

Summary: A great way to enjoy a bath

I'm watching a Ross Noble DVD and he is talking about Lush bath ballistics, he just described one as a big lump of exploding lady stuff! Apparently he doesn't like glitter! Lol, it had to come on when I was reading your reviews. Donna x
