... find that it's also a lot drier to start with than other scrubs I have used. It's very easy to use in that you wet your face with warm water, rub it into the skin on your face and then rinse it off. It's as easy as that! It recommends that you use it every day as it's gentle enough for that amount of usage. The most wonderful thing of all about this scrub is the smell. It is out of this world and something I would expect to smell in a Lush shop. It is made from natural honey so has a very smell scent to it but the ...more

Crowned Review Benefit Honey Snap Out of It Scrub: Snap out of it honey!! (699 words)

BeneFit are arguably my favourite brand of cosmetics, they are fun, up to date and have funky retro packaging which really stand out on the shelves in my local Boots store and look even better on my dressing table on view to everyone. My latest purchase was Honey Snap Out of It which is a honey and almond scrub for pure exfoliation to keep your skin in tip top condition. It was sold to me by the Cosmetic Assistant on the Benefit counter who said that my skin on my face needed to be exfoliated more than once a week if I wore make-up on a daily basis because I am prone to dry, itchy patches of dry skin around my T-zones and using a simple moisturising cream ...  Read the complete review

This facial scrub costs £18.50 for a 150ml tube but I was lucky enough to get a free sample pot when I bought some tinted moisturizer a while a go. I would never pay that price at all and think it's so ridiculous for something that stays on you face for less than thirty seconds! The product is cream in colour and if you look closely then you can see large toffee and brown coloured flecks here and there. The consistency of the scrub is quite thick and it tends to cling to the skin with ease. I find that it's also a lot drier to start with than other scrubs I have used. It's very easy to use in that you wet your face with warm water, rub it into the ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Benefit Honey Snap Out of It Scrub: Honey....snap out of it! (611 words)

Benefit are known for selling unusual but brilliant cosmetics. I have heard people rave about them for years but had never actually tried any of the products myself until last week when I went on a Benefit spree in Boots. First and foremost - this product costs the same whichever store concession you purchase if from, so if you have an ounce of sense buy it from Boots for the points. Which brings me onto buying it. It costs £18.50 or thereabouts (the VAT reductions have left me a bit confused with actual prices!) for a 150ml tube and Fenwick, Debenhams and Boots all stock Benefit. John Lewis, I was shocked to discover, does not. What disappoints ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Honey, you're just too expensive... (201 words)

I received a little sample pot of this when I bought a bottle of Benetint at the Covent Garden Benefit store, and I have been using this scrub for a couple of weeks, every other day when I wash my face in the shower. I spread a small amount over my fingertips and then massage it all over my face, then leave it on like the sales assistant advised for a few minutes whilst I rinse and re-shampoo my hair. It is a sweet-smelling pale-coloured paste with grainy bits which I assume to be the almonds ground up. These exfoliate whilst the honey in the scrub moisturises. When I rinse it off my face feels extremely soft. I am delighted to find another product from ...  Read the complete review
