I am very pale skinned and find it difficult to get any sort of tan as I usually burn and then peel. In order to develop any kind of golden glow, I would have to be using quite a high sun factor and would need to be in the sun for a good two weeks. This is all well and good when you are on holiday, but I was fed up with looking milk bottle white for the first week!
