I started coming out in a nasty red rash with certain deodorants. It happened with more than one brand and I was puzzled which ingredient might be causing the allergic reaction. I took a trip to Boots to try to find a product that would be as gentle as possible on my skin, and still offer effective protection as a deodorant. After speaking to the lady at the pharmacy counter, and explaining the problem, she directed me to the Bionsen range which was hypoallergenic. Following her advice, I selected a Bionsen 100ml pump spray deodorant to buy at £2.65. It wasn't the cheapest deodorant on the shelf but I knew it would be well worth the money if it worked and didn't cause ... Read the complete review

Bionsen Deodorant. I am going to review here, two products by Bionsen, because I believe they are so similar that for me to review them sparely, I would just end up rewording one to submit two. I have the roll on and spray deodorant by Bionsen. A blue liquid in a transparent bottle (roll on) or a pale blue oval cylinder spray, both products are designed to deodorise. (N/B, on application it will not leave you with blue arms- the colour seems to vanish on application so please don't let its blue colour put you off!) However I do worry about sweaty pits and the thought of stains on my clothes and stinking to high heaven really traumatises me so the other day whilst I was in Boots I decided to invest in a few antiperspirants just to stock up with! This cost me £2.49 but do look out for it on special offer and the only reason I bought this was cos a woman picked up a couple of products from this line and she spotted me looking and told me it's all she uses and she loves it and that sold the bottle I have in front of me to me as I do love a good recommendation after-all! I came across this deodorant spray about a year ago and have not stopped using it daily ever since. Almost certainly it is one of "the" best deodorants I have ever used. Smell: It is a slightly scented deodorant which needs no more than two sprays under your arms each day. I can go a whole day and even with physical activity such as PE in school and walking to and from school, without smelling one bit.It uses Japanese Spa Minerals to deodorise sweat. I usually add to the smell with a small amount of eau de toilette to give me a more manly smell throughout the day. Skin Type: This aluminium free deodorant is perfect for those with ...
