This is a spin off product from BLISS FOAMING FACE WASH. The success and the results were so good they developed what they call a 'below the neck' body wash. Not sure that description will catch on but they are a very good brand, maybe not a leading brand but their results are good.
They are I would say a trendy brand which is one of their brand images they aim for along with the professional skin advice they give.
BLISS is a SPA company that originated in New York and as sure as America sqeezes we catch a cold, or something like this, the brand was slowly but steadily been making gains in the UK market for a number of years and collecting a number of awards and celebrity fans as well.
I usually purchase this in Debenhams when not online as they do a board range in
store that is consistent and they seem to mainly focus on gift sets or bags which is sometimes at a better price than an individual item.
This wash works as a gentle exfoliator. Combining buffing beads, lactic and citric acid to smooth your skin better. These two ingrediants should be in most exfoliators which I tend to steer clear from because I sometimes find them harsh however it also depends on the brand and so far this brand has been great on my sensitive skin this is possibly because of the paraben free part of the product?
Lactic and citric acid is known to 'strip' kindly away the grime and dead skin cells that can build up.
This foams up as you scrubs down [the brand describes it like this!] and I must say I almost forgoting I was using an exfoliator as the foaming wash was really good.
My skin was exfoliated well but not to the standard or quality of say Champneys or Sanctury but a nice effect on the skin. I much preferred the way my skin felt really clean and smelt wonderful and clean. My skin felt very soft and I was pleased with this result from the product.
I don't think I would use this again or it wouldn't be the first brand I would go for again or get to buy a freind for a gift, however it's not one of the worst either.
For maximum results use with theirbody cream that helps keeps your skin retain that freshness.
This comes in a pump action bottle which is much better to use in the shower, easeir to use and less mess. This is £23 for 473ml which I think is quite good especially as she only need a small amount to use.
This is also aimed at men and women which I think is unique and very good I wasn't aware of this before I brought the product but I would say this doesn't smell to girly nor to much like a male fragrance. Perfect for those you don't know want to buy and you want to suprise them.
