Now, call me weird for buying this one but i do seem to have a small intolerance to almonds. No 999 calls but they do make my mouth feel weird. However the smell of almonds is quite different... for me its one of those smells i am not sure i like, yet keep going back to sniff it again (i actually want to go and sniff this right now). i find it hard to descibe, sharp yet smooth? sweet but clean? this must be the reason i keep going back. Ooo la la...is the word that comes to my mind when I have showered using the Body Shop Almond Shower Gel! It smells very real and yummy! It is not too strong but quite mild. It has an energetic whiff of fresh almonds and it makes my skin smell really nice even about 3-4 hours after a shower. The goodness: It has made my skin very soft as well. The only big advantage I have noticed with this shower gel is that after shaving my legs and showering with this almond gel makes my legs a lot more smooth. I got them on sale and they were £3, yes slighly more expensive than the average shower gel but I think it is well worth the extra premium. They do last ... Read the complete review

As many of you will know from my last review, I'm currently spending just over a month travelling around Europe with my boyfriend. I decided that since I was going away for a long time, I would buy a new shower gel to take with me, since taking soap would be awkward as it would get wet and sticky in my suitcase. I've bought many products from the Body Shop before, and know that they're a good size and are good value, as well as being an ethical company, so it was an easy decision as to where to get said shower gel from.
