Now if ever there was a Multi-National product this is it, people!

Sold in Boots in the UK, I got mine as part of a Christmas present pack, so on researching the price online on www.boot.com I found it on sale for $9.99, or on the Amazon website as part as a trio 'Mango & Babassu' trio gift box for $15.99.

Sounding very tropical in origin, with the orange-tinted mango butter and the moisturising babassu oil within my 200ml recyclable tub - this product albeit Amazonian in origin is actually made in China - although distributed by The Boots Company in England.

All very worldly wise and a seasoned traveller before it's even hit my sizzling naked flesh, eh then folks?!

First to note is how chunky the green screw-lidded and transparent pot is - at about 4" wide by 2" deep - not the smallest portable tub to take if you are planning on transporting this away on a weekend tryst.

Nevertheless you could always downsize the amount into a smaller container - because believe me for the ultimate in massaging luxury, well Dooyoo now know this is it!

Containing: 'Rich mango butter obtained from the seed of the tropical mango combined with the gently moisturizing oil of the babassu palm will nourish and soften your skin', according to the advertising blurb, I had never heard of the exotic babassu palm plant before receiving this nourishing 'Amazon Forest' body butter.
Always happy to try new skin care merchandise as long as it doesn't interfere with my Dermatitis, there are only the above two ingredients listed so there didn't seem to be any nasty chemicals lurking within the pot's colourful light orange midst's...

Anything mango however is always a winner for me - be it in the fruit's pure form, pulped into a smoothie, softened into an ice cream or even included in a delicious chutney - but as part of a toiletries range was a new one on me!

Most of us are probably aware of the function of a 'body butter' as it's pretty self-explanatory, but I have to say on trying several different versions from different manufacturers of this marketing idea for an alternative type of skin moisturiser this is the loveliest I have ever come across...

Usually best to use on clean dry skin directly out of a bath or shower, it is best applied all over your body by a willing slave/partner or traumatised child as long as all the crucial bits and pieces are covered up nicely with a towel!

I personally recommend candles, a nice chilled wine and Lionel Richie's dulcet tones all going on in the background with you draped decadently across your bed atop an old shower curtain because boy is this stuff as greasy as it is enriching for the skin!

On unscrewing that dark green lid which is attractively festooned with a quite tropical looking fruity label the nose is quickly assaulted with a luscious fragrance both gently fruity and quite oily in aroma.
Mango of course is the main smell, so if you don't like the fruit then you won't find having this smeared all over your super-softened flesh a very pleasant experience (go warm a bar of Cadbury's in the microwave - why should you miss out?!).

The contents look quite whipped to me, but feel very moist and light with a hint of stickiness to the fingers afterwards which is quickly absorbed, surprisingly enough.

Essence of plant extracts are always a pleasant addition in my opinion in many a personal body care moisturiser, so this butter-like substance feels as subliminally hydrating as it actually is for me...

With all lotions, potions, and cool lubricating solutions this body butter should be warmed before being gently slathered thinly onto each area of the body, please.

Coat a couple of fingers on each hand and rub until slightly heated (the body butter, not me, tut, honestly!), then choose an area to start smoothing the thick and soon to be transparent cream onto.

Arms are always a good place to start, whether applying to yourself - or even better if you have got a willing/unwilling victim (who cares - it's all about 'You' anyway!) to smear this delectable perfumed cream on for you.
Legs are another great part of the body to have this moisturising oily matter stroked onto, and wherever else externally you feel your skin is in need of some loving TLC.
Shoulders are always grateful of some skin care as this is often an area of the body we do naughtily neglect - in addition to the upper part of our backs which can be difficult to reach yourself.

It never ceases to amaze me how rapidly this mixture is absorbed, why the skin almost sucks the moisture up in a jiffy with a greedy, thirsty 'Slurp'!

Even the bottoms of the feet- an often uncared for area - love this stuff; and everywhere this wonder butter is applied the skin immediately feels revitalised and tingly almost - this is really rather lovely you know!

Soft, supple, plumped up once more, every time this gorgeous Boots butter had been applied I could almost slide off the bed squealing with pampered glee!

'Satin-smoothness', and 'lasting moisture' are promised and both of the blurb's claims are definitely upheld in this case.

Sumptuousness is the key here, and let's face it we all deserve a little indulgence in life so why not treat yourself to this exotic super 5 Dooyoo Starred review item I have told you about today?

You are left with beautifully glossy and smooth skin; just make sure you avoid the delicate facial area and any super-sensitive 'bits and pieces' that may not react well to tropical fruit-based creamy oils slathered on them!

Lasting for months as an occasional treat, the scent is a tad strong so do I shower to remove the greasy residue the next morning before going out, as it could be classed as rather cloying for everyday use - plus the hydrating factor has done its job by then.

Once in a while an Amazon Forest little lavish luxury doesn't hurt - especially when someone else is applying it, 'Mmmm'!
