Boots Anti Stress Therapy Shower Gel

I recently bought some Boots Therapy shower gel when it was on buy one get one free. I had used the Boots Therapy range before, but it was a few years ago, I think, and couldn't remember whether it was any good or not. One of the varieties I bought was their 'Anti-Stress' one. I wouldn't say I am particularly stressed, but I don't sleep all that well, so anything relaxing is always good. ~Packaging~ The bottle has recently changed from the one pictured above. When I needed a new shower gel last week I headed upstairs to my cupboard, which is still well stocked from Christmas, to make my choice.
