hair removal cream that doesnt remove hair (Boots Hair Removing Cream)

Boots hair removing cream is packaged in a cardboard box which has full instructions on it and inside you have a tube containing the cream, It cost me about £2 and as i have used a lot of creams in the past i thought why not.

You are supposed to spread the cream over the area you want the hair removing from in a even layer, not too thick but not too thin, about 1.5 cm thick will do nicely, i didnt try too hard to get the cream even and smooth as this is near impossible but just made certain i had a good coverage of it all over my legs.

You have to leave it on for 5 minutes according to the box, i used the sensative cream as my skin is very sensative, a bit like me.

After 5 minutes i removed a small area of the cream to make certain that it had worked, no it hadnt, my hairs were still there.

This is the problem i have you see, my hair is quite thick and corce so is stubborn to remove but i have to be careful what i do as my skin is sensative and prone to being very dry.

I decided to leave the cream for another 5 minutes, i removed another small patch and still no hair had gone but i did notice that my skin had gone very blotchy and sore.

I washed it all off and a few hairs did come away but not a lot of them so i wasnt impressed with this.

As the night went on the redness on my legs got worse and they were very sore.

This cream was suposed to be for sensitive skin but i dont think it was very sensative to mine, maybee that was because i left it on too long but it still didnt remove the hairs i wanted it too.

The soreness did go after about 2 days but i wont be being brave enough to try it again

Summary: not something i would recomend to anyone
