There never seem to be enough hours in the day do there? I'm the sort of person who like to take good care of myself but sadly my feet are neglected & I tend to just forget about them. I wear clogs or boots all year round & it isn't until I'm in the bath that I realise I should take better care of these essential parts of my anatomy. They look OK but my feet are always hot & I know this isn't good because you can become prone not only to Athlete's Foot & other fungal infections, but also smelly feet. When we go on holiday we seem to spend an awful lot of time walking about. Whether it is abroad, or in the UK, my feet still can get a bit hot, tired and generally rather icky! In fact my feet tend to get worse in this country because I am usually wearing trainers ~ when in sunnier climes my feet have more chance to breathe in sandals or mules. I always take a foot spray with me in my handbag and have a quick squirt when the moment arises! I have tried various sprays ~ the Avon Footworks Revitalizing Spray, the Body Shop Peppermint Foot Spray and, most recently, the Boots Reviving Foot Spray.
