There never seem to be enough hours in the day do there? I'm the sort of person who like to take good care of myself but sadly my feet are neglected & I tend to just forget about them. I wear clogs or boots all year round & it isn't until I'm in the bath that I realise I should take better care of these essential parts of my anatomy. When we go on holiday we seem to spend an awful lot of time walking about. Whether it is abroad, or in the UK, my feet still can get a bit hot, tired and generally rather icky!
