Advantages: Smells nice and has natural ingrediants
Disadvantages: A bit pricey
My partner does not really suck my toes or feet, I just thought it would be a nice catchy heading (I do not like feet, and would not want to precipitate the favour), I am not a foot sucker (each to their own i do not want to offend anyone)
Anyway Burts Bees Coconut footcreme with Vitamin E is exactly what the doctor ordered.
All of Burts Bees products are made with natural ingrediants and after trying a few of their other products i thought i would give this a shop.
The foot creme comes in a yellow tube of 4oz and has a picture of a coconut on and states burts bees coconut foot creme with vitamin E on the front. Each tube costs between £9.50 and £11.50 depending on where you buy it from (boots is the most expensive place to get it, so i tend to order off the internet).
On the back of the tube Burts Bees have wrote:
The deeply penetrating and emollient botanical oils include in Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Creme prevent dry, cracked and rough skin conditions.
It then has directions on how to apply (its not nuclear science), you rub the creme into the foot. On the back they do say apply liberally but you really do not need a lot (I think it is a money making ploy, to make you use more).
The creme has a sort of vasaline texture and smells quite strongly of coconut but it is not overpowering. The creme glides on really well and you massage it into your feet.
Once you have applied the product you are meant to put on cotton socks and sleep in them to get the real benefits. One word of warning once applied if you have wooden or laminate floor you will want to put on socks or slippers to stop you skidding all over the show, and if you have carpet fluff tends to get stuck to your feet.
This product is lovely if not slightly overpriced but you are paying for natural ingredients. I think you could get the same benefits from rubbing vasolene in and then putting socks on just won't smell as nice.
Anyway our feet all like to be pampered especially us women who live in high heels.
Summary: Our feet need to be pampered

A good overview here although you could add in more info as to how long it works for, or does it actually work?
A pal of mine goes wild at Xmas whenever I buy her packs of Burts Bees stuff; they are from America and are very popular with many who have tried this company. Try John Lewis because generally they do special offers on some of their products, especially the foot care ranges where they don't sell enough because of the initial prices. |
