It has a a good old traditional soapy smell that just smells clean, not perfumed in any way, which I like because it makes me feel like it is more antibactereal. After washing my hands (and stomach) with it, they always felt soft and smooth, and they always smelt nice.

I have to admit i didn't start using Carex do wash my hands. I got my belly button pierced and the piercer recommened using Carex to clean it. It was a great recommendation because not only des it get it clean, it is very gentle as well. I've never had any sort of reaction from it and neither have my friends and family.
