Carex by Cussons and I go back a long way; well before any other brand of antibacterial hand wash became known to me. As far as I'm aware Carex is a brand name that certainly put antibacterial liquid hand wash on the market for the domestic customer, and for once it replaced the more traditional use of perhaps using a medicated soap such as Dettol to rid yourself of germs in the home. There are many handwashes that I have purchased and very much liked and vowed to continue using, and I will, but only if there isn't a better offer on some other handwashes in my local Tesco. Carex has done very well for itself I reckon...I'm not sure how long they've been around, but it has been only the last couple of years since I first bought one of their products, I think it was a packet of handwipes or something and I do remember being a bit apprehensive of them as they were 'new' and lesser know back then, well, at least to me. But now, a lot of the bath and hygiene products that we get are actually from them and they seem to have boomed and the shelves have been filled a lot more of their things. I fancied a change to my usual handwash and this one caught my eye on the shelve. This handwash is made by the well known soap company Cussons and the range is called Carex. This is one of the newer versions and is called hygienically clean. It is an antibacterial handwash. It comes in a very nice see through bottle. The soap inside is a pink colour. It has a purple pump dispenser, which has a pearl like sheen to it. The bottle itself is very easy to open just twist and the pump is activated.
