~What is it?~
Carex hand gel, is an antibacterial hand cream, it is based on those used in hospitals. It kills 99.9% of all bacteria on your hands, it is a way to wash your hands without using water and soap.

~Is it any good~
I first bought this when I kept getting colds, I used it every half hour or so and I stopped getting ill. It is in a nice small bottle, easy to carry in your pocket, so you don't forget it, and it has a little pump action top which is very easy to use. It feels kind of nice and soothing and it dries very quickly, it isn't sticky like some hand gels, and it smells clean, not like bleach. It doesn't damage your hands, actually I find it kind of moisturizing.

It is very useful to keep around when access to soap and water is unlikely, especially now during the times of Swine Flu. If you use it every half an hour or so, you will reduce the likelihood of getting ill.

~Cost~
It isn't very pricey, a couple of quid at most, and it lasts a long time. Buy several and keep one in each pocket and one in the car, you'll never have to worry about what you might be touching again.

~In conclusion~
I think if everyone used this, the spread of Swine Flu might be abated, of course illness can be transmitted in the air, but most are spread by touch, so keep yourself safe and use this antibacterial hand cream.

Summary: Very useful, and handy to have around.
