There are two things that I love the most from Lush like most of us I have my favourite items. One of course is bath bombs and the other is soap. Course if you love Lush then eventually after your first bar of soap and first usage of a bath bomb and being amazed you do move on and try other things on offer instore, but me I've don't the rounds in the store. Over the years tried plenty of their fabby stuff out and now I'm at a stage where I have my favourite items. A true Lush fan quickly goes off the sparkly stuff and the all singing dancing products. Our tastes become more mature and we start looking at what really is doing us good and what is the most ... Read the complete review

My hips are swaying sexily as I saunter down the stairs. I twirl my hands this way and that, my chin held high,a romantic seductive twinkle in my eye. I pop my head around the living room door and wink seductively at the tall dark stranger sitting unsuspecting on the sofa. "AaaRiba" I twist the word over my tongue in a frenzy of excitement, inviting him to taste the delicacies on offer to him. He looks, he stirs. He looks puzzled and then he speaks..."Why have you got a bunch of bananas on your head?" Ok, so I couldn't manage the whole look (Haven't been shopping yet and was down to just banana's ) but the idea ... Read the complete review

I always and only use lush soaps for several reasons; I love all of the essential oils used, the low soap content (meaning there are more lovely natural ingredients and they are much less drying), the absence of palm oil (which detroys the rainforests) and the gorgeous appearance of them! The colours do make a difference to the usual plain boring white soaps you can buy. Miranda is named after Carmen Miranda, that wondrous dancing lady with a hat made of fruit! You can really smell the different levels of scent, from top notes of Kiwi to middle and base notes of Bergamot. The scent really lingers on your skin and is beautiful layered with a fruity Lush shower ... Read the complete review

I have been busy tarting up some of my feeble pathetic early opinions to give them that Dusk touch!! This was my first ever opinion and it was terrible! The Mission. Operation Smelly Skin!! I know some people are going to groan when they read this opinion. For some (mostly female) Lush products are a heavenly treat with an almost addictive nature whilst for others (mostly men) Lush is that stinky over priced shop whose products clog up their bathroom shelves and the indexes of recently written reviews of opinion sites. I am one of the former. I can not get enough of lush but unfortunately there is one slight problem. There is no Lush shop in ... Read the complete review

Carmen Miranda was one of my first lush purchases and it has become a favourite with all the family - it's the one which makes people come out of the bathroom sniffing their hands saying 'what is that soap?' (In a GOOD way!) The main scents in the bar are juniper, bergamot, kiwi and Gardinia. The Kiwi is definitely the strongest of those, but they all work together beautifully - it smells like a fresh tropical fruit tart drizzled in cream - sweet, but vibrant. The soap is very moisturising without being greasy - it doesn't leave a residue on the skin, but they do feel lots softer and less dry than with most soaps. It's an attractive ...
