Advantages: felt clean, taste nice
Disadvantages: bit pricey
I have recently purchased this toothpaste but in a different wrapping style. Pictured above is the original packing where as mine actually came in a short blue plastic bottle (sort of) and looked a lot more modern. It contains 100ml of toothpaste, so the same as the standard tubes (which you can still buy by the way- I just choose this because of its smart and nice appearance).
The thing that drew me in to this product, as well as its great packaging, was that it contained 'cooling crystals'. I had not heard of these before and I could see them through the pack looking all pretty so thought I would give it a go.
This cost me £1.89 from Asda which is a bit more expensive than id normally buy as I like to buy around the £1 mark, usually aquafresh actually, but this time thought I would go a little more upmarket and try something different.
Once it came to brush my teeth, I applied this onto my toothbrush and was shocked to see that it was very liquidy and sort of soaked in to my toothbrush. I've never noticed this before, but come to think of it, the nozzle it came out with was rather small so I guess it does make sense. Either way, I brushed my teeth with it and could instantly taste the paste/liquid. It was very pleasant, stronger than aquafresh but not as strong as some others I've tried and I quite liked the taste. It instantly made my mouth feel fresh and clean, even after the first few seconds.
I also noticed that my breath felt fresh for quite a while afterwards, though this poses a problem when I need a drink as I can still taste it sometimes, but then I do have a habit of wanting a drink straight after I brushed my teeth (tut tut).
Overall, id really recommend this product, its different and even though I couldn't feel the crystals, I'm sure they have a use :P.
Summary: For a fresh breath
