I have a bit of a thing about bad breath, O hate it in other people so I make sure I'm really careful with my own dental hygiene so always after flossing and brushing I use a mouthwash.

Coulgate Plax coolmint is the current one I'm using as they wereon buy one get one free at Tesco recently, it is an alcohol free product and is supposed to provide 12 hours worth of protection for your teeth.

It is blue in colour and comes in a clear plastic bottle with a screw top white lid. It has a nice minty smell and tast to it which is not very harsh at all and quite pleasant. It does have that antiseptic smell about it as well that you tend to associate with a mouthwash product.

You do not get that hot sensation in your mouth that you get with some products and certainly my mouth feels nice and clean after using it and there is usually a little food debris that it has helped to shift when I spit it out before a final rinse with water.

Overall this is a good competent mouthwash and one I would use again even when it is not on offer, It retails around the £2.14 mark on Amazon, I have no idea what it cost at Tesco.

Summary: Good product.
