I bought a 600 ml bottle of Colgate Plax (the blue one rather than the pink) at our local Spar for £1.25 as my daughters both use it. It can, I'm sure, be bought cheaper at Superdrug, Savers or Quality Save. Sometimes Boots have a 3 for 2 offer on mouthwashes so it's worth having a look? I never feel that my teeth & gums are as clean as they could be unless I use a mouthwash but recently I've changed to Listerine Whitening as I wanted something a bit stronger than Plax.
