Colgate Toothpaste - GermDefence Triple Action Original Mint. What a mouthful, literally!!

Seriously, Colgate toothpaste is great. Yes, it's more expensive than some other brands but with the cost of going to the dentist going through the roof then, in my opinion, it's a false economy to buy something else. Plus, who wants to suffer from toothache? On every count, it's worth getting the real stuff and keeping those dental visits to a minimum.

Of course, I'm not an expert but nearly every dentist that I've ever been to has recommended Colgate and that's good enough for me. As they say, it's my toothpaste of choice. Apparently, you are supposed to switch toothpastes occasionally (to not let the bacteria get too used to one product???) but everytime I come straight back to Colgate.

It tastes pleasant enough and, unlike some other brands, it doesn't feel like you are rubbing anything nasty into your gums. Ever since I was a little boy and my grandfather made me clean my teeth with salt (he had false teeth so never bought toothpaste!), I've been a bit fussy over the toothpaste I use and this is my genuine preference. If you're not using it then give it a go.
