This is without doubt the best toothpaste on the market and that is not just my opinion, tests have shown so, well the ads would say so wouldn't they. Honestly though i am convinced at how good it is having tries pretty much all other toothpastes on the market over the years.

Colgate Total comes in 2 varieties, I am not entirely sure what they are called, but they are both mint and one is white and the other green!!Fromy my experience they are both as effective as one another, it all comes down to a preference on taste (i think the green is better, a more fresher mint!).

Colgate total is good for teeth, gums and your breath and it is the fact that it is so long lasting that has kept me using it so long.
