Usually i buy the cheaper makes of toothpaste, but wanted to try a new one because i have noticed a little staining on my teeth because i smoke, a little.

I purchased this Colgate total toothpaste from my local supermarket and it only cost £1.65p, which for a 100ml tube is a good price for a toothpaste in my opinion.

It comes in a tube that you squeeze out like most toothpastes i guess, and it has the usual screw back on lid at the end of the tube.

The Result **********

Well when i went to visit my dad in the hospital, my mum said to me how white my teeth were, and i have only been using this toothpaste for the past week or so, so it obviously does work for me.

That was a nice comment, and i found myself looking in a cosmetic mirror from my handbag to see if they did indeed look whiter, and yes they really do, i can see a big improvement, so i guess i will be buying this toothpaste in the future.

I think that this toothpaste helps to restore teeths natural whiteness, and it does state on the tube that it prevents stains from adhering, also Colgate helps fights cavities and plaque, which is a good thing.

I think that this toothpaste helps to polish your teeth and maintain their white colour, i really have noticed a difference to my teeth since using this toothpaste, and will now convert to this particular brand.

This toothpaste contains fluoride.

Directions for use **********

Brush throughly with a Colgate toothbrush, and yes i do have one, at least twice a day, or as directed by your dentist, use a pea sized squirt of this toothpaste on your brush, try not to swallow and brush teeth, then rinse with cold water and spit out the residue in your mouth into the sink, then rinse again then you should be finished.

I brush my teeth morning and night, and if going out in between i brush them again, or any time i fancy a fresh breath.

I would recommend this toothpaste every day.
