Cotton Moisturising Gloves

When i was younger i worked in beauty and we were always advised that your hands are one of the places that really show the signs of ageing as you grow older. To be honest my hands are a pretty neglected part of my body and i really don't look after them all that well. They say that to help combat the signs of ageing you should smother your hands in a think cream before you go to bed and wear gloves over the top so that it sinks into your skin overnight. A pair of cotton moisturising gloves have become almost an essential in my beauty routine now. I have been reading for years in the glossy magazines that you should apply a thick layer of hand cream before bed, and then put on cotton gloves to help it soak in, but did I listen? Our hands take a beating, we use our hands for everything this combined with chemicals, soaps and harsh weather can leave our hands feeling dry and sore. Our hands show our age and they are always on show, we can't cover them up so we want them to look their best.
