This product is now branded as Rimmel Sunshimmer but is still as good.

It is an instant, wash-off self tanner. It comes in two shades; light or medium and in matter or shimmer. The matt gives a tan look whilst the shimmer has added sparkly bits to give a dewy finish.

I bought some of this as I am an avid fake-tanner but haven't had the guts to put any on my face since a streaky disaster at Easter!!! I saw this and thought it would be ideal to match in my face and body.

I apply this with a latex cosmetic sponge as it does have a tendency to stain my nails if I apply it with my fingers. I chose to buy the shimmer version as it looked softer when I tried the tester on my hand. As a pale skinned individual I found the light tan to be adequate. Unlike the self tans that have to develop this does not smell bad - it has a gentle fresh fragrance.

With this product you can apply a little or alot in a layered effect to give the desired colour. a little of this mixed in with moisturiser gives a great daily tinted moisturiser.

The product leaves my skin feeling really soft and, unlike some foundations, does not rub off on clothes etc. To be honest my foundation is now unsused and I use this instead as it is that good!!!

As the product comes in a large tube for around £4 it is cheap as well. You can use it all over the body so it may come in handy to blend in suntan lines when I come back off my hols as well!!!

A cosmetic bargain - go buy some!!!
