Advantages: really good on your skin
Disadvantages: slightly more expensive that other shower gels.
I?ve always been a big fan of Imperial Leather product. I just love the silkness and smoothness of the soap bars and shower gels. When I tried Cussons Imperial Leather Foamburst gel I wasn?t disappointed. They had a rather interesting advertising campaign for this product which attracted some attention but the product wasn?t a let down. Like all Imperial Leather applying this gel on your body leaves your skin feeling very smooth and moisturised. You only need to use a small amount to get the maximum results. The design of the bottle is good, it comes in a metal can and it?s fairly small in size. What advantage does it have over it?s competitors? It?s supposed to leaving your skin feeling even more moisturised that other shower gels. It?s also a lot foamy, however on the bottle it does state that you should not use it as bath foam. It leaves your skin feeling extra fresh than normal, a freshness that does stay with you for 24 hours. It is also very good on dry or sensitive skin has it doesn?t cause irritation or redness. And like I have mentioned this product will last you a long time which means it is worth paying that extra for. It costs £2.25 which is considerably more than normal shower gels but you do get that little bit of extra quality. It is available from most supermarkets and co-ops. If you want extra lather and extra foam this is definitely the product. Imperial Leather is a really good brand name and I have always liked their products. Here you get silk smooth and moisturised skin which also smells nice. This product comes in five fragrances. They are Perfect balance, Invigorate, Moisture delight and Pure Luxury and Vitality C. All the fragrances are nice. My favourite is Perfect balance its got a really nice perfume type smell. Overall Foamburst gel is really good, works well on your skin although it?s a touch expensive.
