I've wanted to try Cusson's Imperial Leather Foamburst Scentsations Shower gel(what a mouthful!) for a while now,especially since the opinions I'd read on it were good.
However it seemed fairly expensive at about £2.50,especially if I ended up not liking it!

Luckily for me, my Dad got a free sample of Foamburst from his gym the other day and as he knew I wanted to try it,he gave me it.
This is what I thought...

The foamburst gel is presented in a can similar to a hair mousse can.You press on the top and squirt a bit of the brightly coloured gel into your and to use it.The packaging is attractive as it is very simple.
The only problem I could see with the packaging was that after each use alittle of the gel escape in the lid,which seems like a waste to me.

The gel comes in a variety of fragrances,and I tried Cassis and Ginger.Although the gel itself was pink,the fragrance wasn't overly feminine and I would imagine a guy could get away with "borrowing" this from his girlfriend. The fragrance is spicy with a mild hint of fruitiness and is subtle.It lasts quite a long time,and I noticed a mild hint of the perfume on my skin all day.
The gel foams up on exposure to air,and you need very little to wash your whole body.I used less than a teaspoon full per shower and found it very effective.Its qite fascinating to watch the tiny amount of gel turn to rich,creamy bubbles,and its very nice to use.I'd imagine that as you only need a little gel per shower,the price is actually reasonable.

I have seen Foamburst for sale in lots of shops including Boots,Superdrug,Safeway and Co-op,so its widely available.The highest price is have seen it for is £2.90 in Boots and the lowest was £2.45 in Superdrug.

I felt that after just one shower my skin felt moisturised and smooth.The gel didn't irritate mine,or my boyfriends skin(he's very sensitive!) at all either.

I'd definetly re
commend the shower gel as it has a luxurious feel and the foaming idea is novel and effective.ThThe cassis and ginger fragrance is great,and I'm sure the others are too,I'll let you know when I've tried them;)

As well as several varieties of Foamburst Scentsations you can also get Foamburst Vitality and Delight,which are slightly different,though I'm not sure why:-p
