Fun in the shower Imperial Leather is a brand of soaps, toiletries and healthcare products manufactured by PZ Cussons. It originates in Britain and dates back to 1768. I have been using quite a lot of Imperial Leather products of late, firstly because they are good quality, secondly because they have some lovely smells and thirdly, they ... Read the complete review

I have been wanting to try this product for sometime now but have always been put off by the rather steep price tag. Several times I have got as far as placing some in my shopping basket, only to swap it over when I have spotted another great shower gel on special offer - usually Original Source which I love. Several of my friends ... Read the complete review

Ever since I first heard about Imperial Leather's Foamburst Shower and Shave I have always been quite desperate to try it. The promised luxury of both the product and its packaging has always appealed to me. However, money or should I say the lack of it has always dictated my choice in shower gel. Despite longingly looking at this product on the ... Read the complete review

I have used this shower gel for a long time and it's one of my favourite as it's lovely to use and leaves you feeling refreshed, invigorated and ready to start (or end) the day. What makes it so lovely is the texture of the shower gel as it's soft, smooth and really foams up to give a good amount for use. You can buy several different ... Read the complete review

Last year I stayed in a Premier Inn hotel in Nottingham with my sister where this 'Imperial Leather Foamburst Shower Gel' was left as a freebie sample for their guests in their immaculately clean bathroom... My sibling, like myself, loves free samples of everything for her frequent weekends way with her hubby; so we split the booty - ... Read the complete review

For years I had been looking for the ultimate shower gel, one that was cheap, long lasting but also nice to use... and for years I have found these 3 things in an impossible triangle- A shower gel is either cheap and long lasting but not very nice in itself, or nice and long lasting but expensive, or even nice and cheap but gone in a ... I have to admit I'm a bit of a shower gel junkie and I'm always on the lookout for bargains when I'm out shopping. I spotted a travel size of this shower gel while looking for small versions of my normal bathroom products in preparation for a weekend away. I was taking hand baggage only and with the restrictions on liquids being no more than ... Read the complete review

I simply love this product! The concept is that it is made of gel but when it makes contact with water it makes masses of foam, hence the "foam burst" trademark. It costs around 3 pound which is pricey but its normally on promotion somewhere and im sure cost per use it is worth it. The bottle states it has 40+ washes in it - i would say ... If you like a shower you will love this. Put a small amount onto your hands and watch it transform into a foaming body wash. It does say that you have 40+ washes but although I have never counted how many times I use it I do not think that you get that amount. (could have something to do with the large area it has to ... The Imperial Leather Foamburst Gel produced by Cussons is an excellent shower gel, which gives your body a brilliant and energising clean. It comes in a metal tube rather like a can of deodorant. This makes it cold to hold against your body when you get in the shower, but it soon warms up under hot water. It is available in a variety of different ... Read the complete review

I needed a new showergel and was looking for one by Imperial Leather that a reviewer here had reviewed. However there were none on the shelf and instead picked another gel by the same company. I have bought this in two different scents, both are limited edition, one is purple, the other is pink. The purple one is with 'enriching jojoba and passion fruit' and smells identical to a mixture of two products the Body Shop used to do in the 1980s one shampoo called licorice and dewberry shower gel. The pink one fares better ... Read the complete review

I've never liked using shower gel since everytime I use one I come out in a rash because my skin's sensitive. I assmuned I had an allergic reaction to shower gel since it seemed to be the worst thing I could use on my skin so I avoided using them for a few years, but then I saw this and since it looked easy to use I thought I'd give it a go.
