I've just finished my third bottle of this shower cream and it's absolutely lovely. Imperial Leather Japanese Spa shower cream is apparently a limited edition but I hope this doesn't mean it won't always be available, it contains green tea, rice milk and jasmine and claims to be "lightly moisturising".

The bottle is 250ml and it lasts ages if you use it on a mesh net in the shower. It has a flip lid on top so it doesn't hang in the shower or stand on the lid but I've had no trouble getting the last bit of the product out. There is a slight wave shape to the bottle that makes it less likely to slip from your wet hands in the shower. The product is cream in colour and looks creamy and moisturising if that makes sense! You just know this is going to be one of those shower creams that really does leave skin silky soft.

It doesn't smell of green tea, I don't think it smells of rice milk, I can't smell anything in this but the jasmine and the jasmine scent is very strong. It's so flowery in fragrance that I would say it's completely unsuitable for men and really is one for us ladies. I love the smell of jasmine so this is heavenly to my nose.

As you use it you can feel a layer of moisturiser on your skin and there's absolutely no drying out of the skin which is great for me as I have dry skin. Afterwards my skin feels soft and silky smooth and the scent of jasmine lingers for hours afterwards.

Apparently the green tea is in there because it's a powerful antioxidant, the rice milk is caring and gentle and the jasmine is relaxing and soothing, their words not mine! It has a skin friendly PH, is mild enough for the whole family (although I wouldn't advise men to use it unless they like smelling of girly flowers!), is dermatologically tested and 100% soap free.

I love this shower cream, I don't like to spend a fortune on items such as this but I do want something that suits my skin and leaves it soft and smelling nice afterwards and this ticks all the boxes. I buy mine from our local Boyes for a measly 99p which again is brilliant.

I don't have anything bad to say about this product except it isn't really for the boys, it leaves my skin soft and silky smooth with no signs of dryness and smells fantastic. It also lasts ages and can be purchased for less than a pound. What more could you want?

Thoroughly recommended.

Summary: Brilliant, I love it

I'm not so keen on this - I don't think it smells all that strong and I would like something a bit more noticeable. It's better than the Jojoba one in the same range though - that smells of virtually nothing. Still, like you say, it's a really good price.
