... application; spray...the list goes on. So which one did I go for this time round? Well, I thought I'd stay nice and simple and choose the original deodorant stick; this means I can't go wrong right?? Exactly. The stick is approx 4 /5 inches tall and is in a blue and white casing as it were. It shows the dove logo off well and tells me what it is. For those that don't know, a deodorant stick is a solid deodorant which is wiped on the underarm once or twice. It feels almost as if you are wiping a bar of soap under yo...more

Crowned Review Dove Anti-perspirant Deodorant Stick: A Dove on a Stick! (878 words)

WHAT IS IT?~~~~ I'm talking about an anti-perspirant deodorant from Dove. The one I chose was the moisturising cream in the form of a stick. It (like all Dove products) has one quarter moisturiser in it and it is claimed that it moisturises your skin as well as acts as an anti-perspirant. WHERE FROM AND HOW MUCH?~~~~ I got mine from Bodycare, where it set me back £1.69 for 50g. It seems to be pretty easy to get hold of ~ I have seen it in Superdrug, Boots and Wilkinsons, but the prices do seem to vary. £1.69 was the cheapest, so I got it from there! HOW WILL YOU RECOGNISE IT?~~~~ It's not hard really! It says ...  Read the complete review

There are many different deodorant products on the markets these days, therefore hard for us all to decide which is best. For a while now, I have been a dedicated user of dove products. This is mainly due to the smell of the product, it smells almost soapy and I associate that with being clean, therefore this product is what I chose to keep my fresh under the arms. Of course, it's not as simple as just going out and buying that dove deodorant is it? No, they also have many different ranges of product to choose from. These include different scents, styles such as roll on, stick application; spray...the list goes on. So which one did I go for this time round? ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Dove Anti-perspirant Deodorant Stick: Smelling Fresh (820 words)

When I like a product, I find that I usually stick to using it as I am quite fussy and so if something works why change it. This is the same for me when it comes to antiperspirants. I have tried a lot, I used to use the spray kind but I just don't find they do anything for me and just come off on dark clothes. I then went on to try the prescribed deodorants that are clear stick ones as I used to sweat quite a bit but ever since growing out of my teens it has lessened so now I have gone to use a normal antiperspirant, Dove to be exact. The packaging of the Dove Cream Antiperspirant is pretty standard as it is just like every other Dove product; it is white with ...  Read the complete review

You know how it is, you're in a queue in a shop and the person in front of you reeks of B.O. and it just makes you appreciate your deodorant. I mean I'm all for the natural approach to life, but even the best of us needs to use some kind of product to deal with underarm guff, and so here I am, giving you my opinion of Dove anti-perspirant stick. I've always been a big fan of Dove products. I've never used a soap that I liked quite as much as a Dove bar, and I use their shampoo quite often, too, so when I last sauntered down the aisle in the supermarket to choose a new deodorant, my eye was ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Dove Anti-perspirant Deodorant Stick: Oh for the wings of a dove (and armpits too) (887 words)

“Oh, for the wings, for the wings of a Dove”………….oh sorry just getting a bit carried away there. I’m supposed to be sitting here and telling you all about Dove Deodorant and started singing happily to myself about how good it is! After having used non-perfumed deodorants for over a year, because of the reaction my son had to them when I was breastfeeding, I decided to buy myself a new spray deo. That was great until I discovered that he STILL reacted to it even though I wasn’t breastfeeding anymore. A quick trip to Tesco was required - urgently - and I didn’t have much money on me at the time. Having been ...  Read the complete review
