Dove Beauty Care Body Wash Silk Glow

My little obsession with body washes continues and I have now used up all the half bottles in my bathroom! The other half is so pleased as now we have more room in the bathroom for all his rubbish! So now I can go out and try lots of new body washes with the understanding that I use them all up and not let them gather dust, of course the other half never does this and I shall just ignore the piles of must have gadgets that have gathered dust in his office! ****Beauty care body wash**** About dove Dove claims that all there products are " tested on real curves for confidently firm skin" - all of doves adverts on the tv and in magazines feature people who have tried the product and they are all different sizes. They also state that this product helps skin retain its elastically. Over the last year or so, my nan has had this habit of buying me all different sorts of showergel (not because I smell bad though!) This is one of the most recent ones that I have tried. It's not the biggest bottle of showergel that I've ever had, I've only been using it 2 weeks and I only seem to have a quarter of the bottle left. This would be because I have to use quite a bit of it as it doesn't really provide you with many suds! So if you want a lathering showergel I wouldn't recommend this one. I received this product in a gift set and I thought it looked nice. The packaging is a white teardrop shaped bottle with cream gold and blue writing on the front. It has a little flip top lid at the top of the bottle which makes it easy to apply as not a lot comes out at once. The cream inside has a very pleasant smell and was thick with a silky touch and the cream also looks silky and has a pearly lustre to it. What I love about Dove Products is that no matter what other fragrances they seem to have added to them, I can always seem to smell that distinctly 'Dove' smell, there's no other way to describe it really! As for the name of this product, it definitely had a silky smooth texture, but I didn't glow when I got out of the shower!! I would say that my skin did feel a little more silky after using this. I did find that it was best to squeeze some onto a bath lily to get the most lather from this product. I must say that I smelt and felt squeaky clean after my shower!
