The main reason for buying this deodorant was that I was sick of getting white marks on my clothes from my deodorant, but also because dove's deodorants are supposed to be moisturising and kind to the skin on your underarms, and frankly my underarms could do with a little care and attention. I bought this from Tesco for about £2 but prices seem to change quite often. The deodorant is in stick form and comes in a white 'squashed tube' that stands up and has a kind of pearl coloured lid. The bottom of the stick has a twist mechanism which to use it you just twist in the direction of the arrow and this pushes the deodorant up inside the tube. There's not much ... This is my 'usual' deodorant now, after trying out loads of different brands and grabbing whichever one was on offer I now tend to stick with this. I was initially tempted by the promise of it being 'black dress friendly' as I have quite a few black tops, and just want to put them straight on in the morning without having to flap my arms around hoping my deodorant has dried and won't leave the dreaded white mark. The stick is 40ml, and comes in a thin, rounded, rectangular shaped tube, with a section at the bottom you can twist to release ore of the stick. I quite like the idea of having the dry stick, because it feels nicer than a wet-roll on, and is easier ... Read the complete review

I have to be honest - I only actually ended up trying this deodorant because my usual one was out of stock at the chemist and this was the nearest alternative. Call it serendipity if you will.... Anyway, I've used the original Dove stick deodorant for years, and am fiercely loyal to it (but that's another review for another time!). I really do hate any form of spray or roll-on deodorant, and most of the other stick deodorants I've tried are too crumbly or a strange shape, but the Dove stick type has always suited me very well. So....onto the Dove Invisible Dry stick deodorant. I was intrigued to try it, as I'd long felt that the Original Dove ... Read the complete review

Dove Invisible Dry Deodorant Stick... I have for many years been using these Dove deodorant Sticks and when they bought out this invisible dry one I though I would change from the original over to this. They usually cost around the £2 mark and only differ by a few pennies from shop to shop. The stick itself is about 10cm in height and has a section at the bottom that you twist to release more of the deodorant at the top. The deodorant is in a cream like block that pokes up through the top of the stick and it is perfectly shaped to fit under the arm and makes the application very easy. Dove says that it gives you added moisture and ... Read the complete review

I unfortunately have very dry skin, and it's also quite sensitive. I really needed a product that would stop me from getting rashes and yet would still be an effective antiperspirant. A friend of mine suggested to me a dove branded deodorant. After trying the sprays I found that this was the kindest to my skin and didn't dry it out even more than it already was. It has a kind of creamy texture and it spreads well and evenly over the under arm area, which is also due to the actual shape of the deodorant stick. The design of the product is good and the way you twist the bottom to bring up the next bit of the deodorant is good so that it doesn't dry ... Read the complete review
