Zingy and Moisture... but at a price! (Dove Beauty Care Go Fresh Energize Body Wash)

Advantages: nice smell, good moisture

i like this shower wash; it comes in a 250ml bottle and the bottle is well shaped so looks good in the bathroom. At 3.50 a bottle in Superdrug it is too expensive but it was offer when I bought it for 2.00 = i feel that this is a reasonable price based on the quality.
The main premise of it is that it energizes you through the fragrance and moisterises well; this is true - the smell is quite zingy and sharp, almost acidic due to the grapefruit. This does give you a wake up jolt but i would say that the smell may not be for all, my housemate hates it! In terms of moisterisation it is fantastic, the consistency when you put it on is almost serum-like which is a feeling which remains when you come out of the shower - whilst i still needed to moisturise my skin did not feel as dry as other brands. The downside of the bottle however is that I dont think it would last very long - because of the slightly thicker consistency I found it hard to spread over my body and therefore needed to use more than I would have liked - I think it will last me a month which for the standard price it is not as good as others such as Imperial Leather Foam that has the smae moisturising effect.

Summary: buy it if it is on offer!
