Being a fan of Dove by Unilever of course I own a couple of deodorants in the range. I don't use them every day and actually forgot I had this one stuffed in a drawer (shame on me lol) so I dug it out the other day and have been using it since! I never buy roll ons. I don't like the wet lotion applied under my arms and me having to flap like a chicken so that no lotion is applied to my clothes or any white marks and this is why I've been using Right Guard spray for a good while now cos I trust it implicitly! Last Christmas I received one of the big Dove gift sets and, as Dove is amongst my favourites in the bathroom, I was thrilled! Part of the said gift set was an aerosol deodorant - Silk Dry. When it comes to deodorant I usually go for Dove but would always choose the roll on variety for preference but I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth! The full name of this one is Dove Deodorant Silk Dry and the writing on the front of the can says 'with silk extracts anti perspirant % alcohol'. I am not a lover of roll-on deodorants and it has been many years since I last used one. I have always preferred the aerosol ones. However, my usual brand 'Natrel' has recently changed into a 'new better fragrance' variety which is in a smaller can and isn't as efficient, so I was looking for a different deodorant that I could rely on. The price of aerosol deodorants has really rocketed and I didn't want to pay over £2 for a can of something I might not like.
