Advantages: Fantastic smell

Disadvantages: Tiny bits of glitter - very annoying!

You either love this Dove cream or hate it - i'm in 2 minds.

Texture:
It's a little too watery for my liking but saying that, it makes it easier to smooth on. A also a little goes a long way. However, it was only after I'd smoothed this onto my skin, stepped into the light that I noticed the shimmering tiny little glitter bits all over my skin (aah, hence the "glow" in silk glow!). Great, you shimmer but personally I was a little embarrassed when I was sitting next to my mates the next day at lunch and I couldn't stop noticing the shimmer that was coming off my arms - very distracting (although I don't think any of my mates noticed).

Smell:
I love the Dove scent - one of the reasons I decided to try this product. It is a very pleasant feminine smell (slightly Johnsons baby cream) and not at all unpleasant.

Hydration:
It fares pretty well - providing moisturisation throughout the day.

I bought this at Boots for about £3.50 so normal price for a body lotion. Although it is pleasant, the glitter in this cream is really distracting so I'm not sure whether I'll be replacing the bottle once it finishes!

Summary: Good price, pleasant smell but only if you can stand all that shimmer!
