Advantages: So good for dry skin.

Disadvantages: None at all.

The Summer months are the best time of the year, the sunlight lifts our moods and on the whole it generally improves our well being. But the sun plays havoc with my already dry skin, I start to develop extra dry skin patches and my skin feels itchy, I don't have a skin infection or eczema or pruritus I just have skin that is sensitive to the sunlight. In turn the itchy skin disrupts my sleep and drives me mad during the day.

I have been using the E45 Endless Moisture Body Milk for the last month now, I bought a 400ml pump action bottle for £4.99 from Boots the chemist.
There are two types, one is lightly fragranced and the other is fragrance free, I always wear my own `smellies` so I chose the fragrance free body milk and then there is no chance that it will clash with any other fragrance that I wear.

The white plastic bottle has a pump action nozzle which is a very good idea, the bottle will allow you to remove exactly the right amount without wasting any.
The cream dispenses easily and although it may feel slightly oily when you pump some into the palm of your hand it leaves no greasy residue on your skin. I leave my bottle sitting on the corner of the bath in readiness.

I like to use the cream when I have just taken a bath, my skin is fresh and clean and that is the ideal time to apply the body milk.
My skin on my arms seems to have been affected by the sun very badly, they are not sunburnt but the skin is irritating and it feels sensitive. So I start off by applying a fairly good layer of the body milk to my arms and then I moisturise my legs well too.
The skin on my body doesn't come into direct contact with the sun so I don't have a problem there and seeing that it is fairly soft I only apply the body milk where it is really needed.
I do find that my feet benefit no end from a good coating of the moisturiser, particularly my heels where the skin tends to get a little harder.

E45 do say that the daily stresses and strains of life can take a toll on your skin and I really do believe that.
Have you ever had a day out shopping in the city and then cleaned your skin at night and have felt shocked at how dirty it is ? It is amazing how much pollution we have floating about in the atmosphere, take one good look at any make up removal pad after you have used it to verify that.

The E45 Endless body milk has been formulated for those with normal to dry skin, as soon as you apply the light milk to your skin then it is instantly absorbed.
The body milk is feather light, I love some of the heavier moisturisers such as Astral or Nivea but they are far too heavy for this delicate task.

Endless Body moisture milk contains both glycerine and natural lipids both of which are so good for the skin. Once you have applied a layer of the body milk then you have refuelled the skin with moisturiser and that layer of cream will keep your skin hydrated for a good few hours to come.

As long as the sun shines I will keep on applying my daily layer of E45 Moisture Body Milk, it is worth its weight in gold.
You can get a 200ml bottle that will cost you about £3.90.

Summary: A light cream that is easily absorbed.
