Advantages: leaves skin soft and supple, gets rid of dry skin, cheap

Disadvantages: can sometimes make my face feel too hot

I have never been one to follow a strict skin care regime, however I always make sure to apply E45 cream to my skin at night. It is such a useful cream especially when I am suffering from dry skin on my face as it clears it up straight away.

I also suffer hard and dry skin and my feet and feel after a nice bath and a rub in of e45 cream my heels remain less cracked for a longer period of time- it works magic!

It is none perfumed, non greasy and can be used all over the body and face. I often suffer sunburn and find e45 cream also helps with the prevention of peeling. It is suitable for babies which is important when you want one product to cater for the whole family.

One bottle is very cheap and does last for ages, I would recommend it to anybody especially those who try out very expensive creams when e45 can do the same job for a lot less.

Summary: Brilliant value for money
