I suffer with pain in my arms, which at times is unbearable and keeps me awake at night. This is part of the musclease collection by Elemis. There are a number of products in the range including bubble bath and bath salts, but this is my favourite and something I always make sure I have a bottle of in the house. It vertainly isn't the cheapest product on the market at £29 for a 100ml bottle but you can often find it on various websites included in other Elemis offers which does bring the price down a bit.
