This product is for the bath and it also has a sister-product in the range ( Elemis Cellutox Active Body Concentrate ) which can be AFTER the bath, applied to damp skin to help lock in the oils. That said, if you are on a budget you do not need to buy both. The bath sachets also contain effective ingredients too, but they do work to their best advantage ... 	Elemis Skin Nourishing Milk Bath ... Elemis product replicates Cleopatra s anicient bathing ritual in our own homes today. The milk bath has a milk protein base, with vitamins, minerals and amino acids galore. Full Ingredients: Milk Protein, Plant Extracts, Jojoba, Xanthum Gum, Glycerin, Macadamia Nut Oil, Japanese Camellia Oil, Oat Extract. As you can see from the ingredients list, it s natural and nourishing which is ideal for sensitive skin types. Whilst most people use it in the bath, I use it as a skin moisturiser AFTER my bath/shower and I ve also used it as a hair conditioner, both ways work beautifully. 	Elemis Skin Nourishing Milk Bath ... this is another product which came in my Elemis parcel this morning! I received a small bottle again due to the price of a big bottle costing around £35. The bottle I got was 60ml in size and when I read the instructions and discovered that you had to use 5 capfuls in a bath I was disappointed as that would nearly empty the whole bottle! When I read on I discovered that it could be used neat to moisturise very dry skin so I thought i d use it for that instead! When I opened the bottle I was delighted, it smells lovely.
