A while ago while shopping for soap I came across a 4 pack of Fairy soap for 99p in one of our local shops. I haven't used Fairy soap since I was a kid but at that price decided to give it a try. The bars are 100g each and not especially wide but quite deep and curved into a slight C shape which makes them very easy to hold onto and the convex curve fits very well into the hand while the concave side slides over arms and legs very well. They are in fact perfectly shaped, particularly if you don't have very large hands. They are light green in colour and have the word Fairy stamped on top. Fairy Hand Soap is one of the best soaps around and always has been. I first started using it when I had my first baby - it was recommended by the midwife in my maternity unit and was included in a free mother's starter pack that was handed to each new mum as she left the unit. As it says on the wrapper, Fairy Hand Soap is pure and gentle and kind enough for the youngest newest skin. Fairy have not altered the original fragrance either, so it still reminds me of when my babies were small. There are plenty of soaps on the market to choose from, and i must admit i do usually buy liquid hand soap, but my 4 year old loves to play with soap in the sink, so i decided to try the Fairy hand soap. Firstly we could not stop smelling it! it has a beautiful smell to it, and it leaves your hands feeling really soft and clean and of course smelling wonderfull.
