Advantages: No developing time
Disadvantages: Quite Dark and requires some skill to use
Fake Bake Self Tanning Lotion is a perfect "on the night" product as the tan does not have to develop.
For approx £18 you get about four whole body applications which works out at £4.50 per use whic is much cheaper than going to a salon for a spray tan.
The bottle recommends that you exfoliate and moisturise before use which is similar for all self tan products - both of which you can by from the fake bake brand but are not necessary as other cheaper brands are available. It advises to always use gloves (unless you like orange hands) and to wait 20 mins before dressing or going to bed, so make sure you have your central heating on over winter if you are going to use this product!!
The tanning lotion is not for a wall flower as the tan produced is more Jordan than Cheryl Cole. But if you like me like to make an effort when you hit the town then get those gloves on and get applying.
The lotion is quite thick and almost black in colour (don't worry this bears little relation thefinished tan ) and in my opinion requires a great deal of skill to apply. I usually ask my husband to apply product to my back and other hard to reach places, but after a disasterous streaking incident I always ask my more knowledgable friends who can sot a streak before it is imprinted into the skin.
If you do have one of these disasters I am afraid that you will have to wait for the product to wear off, which can take up to a week.
The packaging is really classy and I would have no problem giving this product as a gift.
Summary: Get on that Jordan glow
