Boots Antiseptic Foot Cream £1.99 for 60g, available only from Boot stores and Boots online (www.wellbeing.com) Ballet is one of those very deceptive things. On stage the dancers look delicate, pretty, graceful creatures, well made up and costumed. But watch them take off their blocks, and it’s a different matter. “Gross” does not even begin to describe most dancers’ feet., but it’s not all that surprising. If you were to jump around on your toes in thin little pointe shoes for hours on end, day in, day out, you’re feet would be battered and torn and bleeding and ripped too. I did ballet for about 10 ... Read the complete review

If you want to do some toe sucking I suggest you follow my advice! Feet are rather funny things and I don't particularly like them very much, why anyone would want to suck someone's toes is beyond me. I am told however that it is very erotic, Fergie certainly thought so and so do many others. Whether you're a sucker or not we should take more care of our feet, after all they take the strain of our bodies every single day and if they are covered up all the time they can't breathe properly. This is what leads to a lot of problems. Even marital ones! How many times have you heard us girls complain about our fella's sweaty feet. Well your not alone ... Read the complete review

My feet have been very important to me, as I am a trained dancer and also a Registered General Nurse. For both careers, I had to keep my feet and legs in excellent condition. (You are on your feet for many hours a day and not able to rest them correctly). The dreaded chill blains of my childhood had to be in the past. That is where Avon's Cooling Leg and Foot Gel from the Footworks collection has come in very useful. It is an ideal treat for the feet! Avon's Cooling Leg and Foot Gel is ideal for reviving tired feet. It is also refreshes too, invigorating them too. When applied to sore, aching, tired swollen and hot feet and legs the gel is really ... Read the complete review

Why write about feet on a Sunday afternoon? The reason is that tomorrow I have an appointment at the Diabetic Clinic with a chiropodist. Having being diagnosed just over a year now it has become something that I have slowly gotten used to, although I still struggle not to squeal and laugh when she first touches my feet ..I really embarrass myself sometimes. I think most of us take our feet for granted, and only really give them a second thought when they are aching! They are the creatures that hang off the bottom of our legs! Over the years I have pushed my feet into shoes to high, too tight, too small. Worn boots all day until my feet ... Read the complete review

"OH my God, it's all gone horribly wrong hasn't it?" I cried in horror as I looked at what remains of my big toe, now horribly blackened, swollen, oozing pus and throbbing like hell. "No, thats coming along nicely" said the chiropodist, as she replaced the dressings on my toe a week after having my ingrown toe nail removed. Nicely, thought I, good heavens what on earth would it have looked like if it wasn't doing nicely!! As you have probably guessed I am sitting here with a large bandage on my right hand foot (is a foot right handed?) and feeling very sorry for myself and I want some sympathy! What I don't ...
