I suffer from dry hands quite a lot especially after washing my hair and doing things like the washing up and they also suffer badly in the winter from the cold as well. I have tried many different hand-creams and even some pretty expensive creams but I saw this in boots and thought I would give it a try.

***ABOUT THE HYDRALOCK RANGE***
They have 2 products in this range which includes the hand cream I am reviewing and body lotion as well. This special formula helps to keep skin moisturised and cared for from morning until night. Their range is enriched with 5% Hydro-Urea which helps to lock moisture into the skin. This formula also works to retain moisture in the skin by preventing water lost through evaporation. Finally this formula also helps to soften the skins outer layer, allowing for moisturising ingredients to be absorbed with ease.

***GARNIER HYDRALOCK HAND CREAM***
This new hydralock cream from garnier locks in moisture to ensure an optimal level of hydration, which will leave your hands feeling soft, supple and looking dewy. This comes in a small size of 50ml which means it's perfect to fit in a hand-bag. This product is for people with normal to dehydrated hands.

***PRICE/AVALIABILITY***
I bought this form Boots for about £2.30, it was cheaper than some other hand-creams on the shelf and being made by a well known brand and being a new product I thought I would try it out. You can probably also buy this from Super-Drug as well.

***USING THE PRODUCT**
This hand cream is white in colour and has a nice consistency. This cream isn't too thick, it is just right. It has a nice, light, pleasant fragrance to it and is easily to rub in and absorb into the hands. Some creams I have used before have taken quite a while to absorb but this cream absorbed very quickly and my hands instantly felt more moisturised and looked healthy and less drier than they were.

I use this product about 2-3 times a day and I have definitely noticed that my hands suffer less from any dry-ness that I normally get after washing my hair or doing the washing up. My sister who has recently been suffering from quite dry skin on her hands and lower arms has also used this as well, as she is equally please with it, and it keeps her hands moisturised and looking healthy through-out the day.

I also have to put up with air-conditioning and after touching different paper and card all day in the office my hands used to suffer from dry-ness a lot. How-ever since using this 2-3 times a day my hands are now less dry than they used to be.

***OVERALL OPINION***
This is a great hand-cream for people who do suffer from dry hands like mine. I'm not sure how well this would work on really, very dry skin though. This has a lovely pleasant fragrance to it and because it absorbs easily it makes it convenient to put in my bag as well and use on the go without having to worry about greasy hands. I will continue to use this product and would definitely recommend other to use it as well.
