Ever since I couldn't get hold of my favourite Natrel Plus Fresh Gel Deodorant, I have been trying to find a suitable replacement. I am now using Gillette Clear Gel - The Cool Wave Fragrance; produced (obviously!) by Gillette! ~~~WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. The Gel is clear and comes in a clear plastic container with a silver coloured base and lid. There is a blue label on the front, with the Company logo and product name on it. The label on the back panel is clear and gives the usual information - such as ingredients, instructions, warning and Company contact details. The pack contains 75ml of deodorant. ~~~HOW TO USE. Gillette have always given me good underarm protection, so when I found out there was something better, I jumped at it! I wasn't disappointed. This stylish little tube contains what I beleive is the best anti-perspirant on the market. Not only does it provide a pleasingly subtle smell, it also stops sweat patches. It dries clear, leaving no white marks, and it stays with you for the whole day, which is a miracle for me - usually I have to reapply half-way through the day. Because of the fact that I only need to shave once (maybe twice if there's a holiday) per week I can choose my fragrances purely on the merits of their sassy bottles and pleasing aromas, but I do insist on some practicality if I'm going to use an anti persperant. If I'm going to clog my body's pores it damn ... Read the complete review

When it comes to underarm deodorant I am fussy. I can't stand anything that smells too artificial. I can't stand anything that causes irritation. I can't stand anything that makes me smell like the teenagers I teach. The Gillette clear gel ticks all the boxes for me. It is not expensive, it seems to last well and is generally a pleasure to use. a quick twist sends a nice bit of gel through the diffuser at the top. It is pleasantly cool to apply, dries quickly and with a nice natural fragrance. I never have an issue when working it hot conditions and I can feel confident that I will have no sweat patches which in my job is reassuring. There are 3 fragrances available and ...
