I brought this razor mainly because of it having three blades and I’m pleased I did purchase it as it does an excellent job better than any other razor I have used before. It has a pivoting head for those tricky areas like knees and under arms. The handle is shaped to fit your hand, which makes holding and gripping the razor with soapy hands a lot easier. It’s a see-though blue colour and it comes with a plastic case holder that the razor lays in, and it can fit 5 replacement heads inside the case. It also comes with adhesive tape so you can hang it on a wall in your bathroom. I used to shave with the Gillette sensor razor. This was a good razor so I didn’t stop using this one for any bad reason just I like the idea of having three blades instead of two. This razor really does give you lovely smooth legs, like a babies bottom. The blades seem to last ages, I’d say you could easily use one blade for 2 months but I guess it depends on how much someone has to shave. I brought my razor from Tesco’s and at the time of purchase it cost around £6.00 plus you got two replacement heads with it. It may sound expensive but I bet for some of you out there that buy razors weekly are spending a lot more so why not spend a little more and have a razor that will last you longer. You can purchase this razor in Tesco’s, Sainsburys, Asda’s, Boots, Superdrugs basically anywhere, so it’s easy to get hold of. I highly recommend this Venus razor.

- 20/04/02 It works well all right, particularly on skin also so be careful! I am still scarred from last year from using this razor. Maybe it was my own fault but from now on I'm sticking to my Lady Protector - it's safer and the blades are a lot cheaper too! |

- 18/04/02 I go through phases of trying creams waxes (OUCH) etc but I always end up with my trusty razor. (actually I use a mens gillette sensor one) I think it's shameful how much more expensive womens razors are than the mens. I'm with Ophelia on this one. |

- 18/04/02 sounds a good one - I use the ladies sensor annd am quite happy with it, but it is starting to look a bit shabby, maybe I'll 'upgrade' soon! |
