Advantages: smooth close shave, handy box
Disadvantages: expensive
I first brought the Gillette razor a year ago. It cost me around £4.99. I had always used different one?s but decided to give this one a go. In the packet I also got 2 razor blades and a holding case that sticks to the wall. The razor blades come in a little sealed cartridges that can be placed in the cartridge box on the wall. It holds for cartridges at one time and the actual razor clips on the front. The razor is a light blue colour and has a little clip near the head of it for clipping off the old razor blades to replace it with another. It is really easy to use. It has 3 blades on it, which give you a much closer shave, and is surrounded by soft protective cushions, which smooth out your skin for a much better shave. The head is an oval shape with smooth corners. It has a pivoting head and has an indicator strip that fades in colour and lets you know when you need to replace the blades. The replacement blades cost around £5.99 in most places. But they are very good at reaching hard to shave areas as the pivoting rounded head hugs your curves and goes with the contour of your body. Used with the Gillette satin care shaving gel you get a really nice close shave with out cuts or nicks. The packaging for the blades come with multiple languages and come in a pack of four. I know they are pricey but personally think they are worth every penny, because the end results are brilliant.
