“ Brand: H20 / Type: Body Lotion / Subcategory: Body Balm / What it does: Moisturizes, regenerates, „
I bought this body balm whilst I was in America, and unfortunately the H2O+ range is not available in the UK. Anyway, it's available in H2O+ stores and it's currently priced at $11.50 for a 240ml tube, which works out at about £6.10.
They say that this exotic scented lotion hydrates skin with water-rich moisture, leaving it smooth and supple. Natural fruit extracts combine with emollient shea butter and soothing aloe vera for an all over healthy radiance. Provitamin B and Vitamin E help soften and nourish the skin.
It comes in a bright red tube with a clear screw on lid that it can stand on. The body balm is white and has quite a thin texture. It's definitely more of a lotion than a body butter type texture. The best thing about this body balm has to be the scent, it's absolutely divine, a real sweet, fruity, summery scent, it actually smells good enough to eat!
When I apply this to my skin I don't need to use much at all, the thin texture means it spreads very easily over the skin and a little goes a very long way. It feels quite cool and refreshing on the skin, and it sinks in quickly, leaving the skin feeling soft, smooth and hydrated. It does not leave behind any residue or greasiness, so you can get dressed straight away after using it. The scent stays on the skin all day.
This really does keep my skin feeling very hydrated all day, and the tight feeling I often get where my skin is quite dry is soothed and it does not come back at all during the day, unlike a lot of other body lotions I've used that seem to have stopped working after a couple of hours. My skin feels really hydrated and comfortable all day, and I don't feel the need to reapply.
All in all I think this is a great body balm, and it's great value for money too as the tube lasts a long time. I'd advise anyone going to America to look out for this brand as they really do have some lovely products.
